Yacht Charter - Welcome to the home of Eloise

A yacht charter aboard Eloise is the ideal relaxing holiday trip. As a Menorquin 150 fly bridge (generally thought to be the most balanced Menorquin) she has a design based on the historic ‘Llaut’ fishing boat. Very capable in all the Mediterranean can throw at her but ideal for quietly cruising at low speed. The whole point of Eloise is to enjoy the trip in comfort not to ‘get there quickly’. After leaving her home of Mahon Menorca she cruises at anything between 5 knots (for trailing a line for those ever elusive fish!) and 14 knots for fast cruising. If you really need to hurry she is capable of ‘lifting her skirts’ and reaching 18 knots.To gently cruise from cove to cove enjoying all the beauty the Menorquin coastline can offer, lazy meals on the aft deck, maybe a swim off the swim platform (or dive from the bow if you prefer), or sunbathing on the vast sun deck. She is also equipped with a kayak and snorkelling equipment for exploring the coves and caves. Our favourite though is to find an anchorage overnight, to cook fresh fish and enjoy the magnificent sunsets and of course sunrise.

Menorca is said to have more beaches than the rest of the Balearic Islands put together plus any number of beautiful coves to explore.

Eloise has a permanent skipper who is fluent in Spanish, English, French and Italian and can speak a certain amount of German. With over 20 years experience he is more than qualified to ensure that you enjoy your trip in safe hands. He holds the following certificates of competence; RYA/MCA Yachtmaster Ocean, RYA /MCA Yachtmaster Offshore and Permis Hauturier Frances. Apart from his outstanding seamanship skills he is a very capable cook and delights in cooking Calamari and fresh fish for his guests.

Eloise is fully coded under British regulations for up to 12 guests in coastal waters within 12 miles of shore.

She is fully equipped including a generator to be completely self-contained for a trip of several days without needing to call into Port Mahon.
